Dallol
Dallol is a volcanic sulfur geyser in the Danakil Depression. The point at the base of the walk into Dallol is 410 feet below sea level (125m) and it’s the hottest spot on the planet. As you can see from these photos, it’s a fantastic landscape - in the sense of “fantasy-like.” It was hard to pick photos to show here, I have so many.
